Privacy policy

Information you provide

• Contact: name, work email, company, role and message. We store these details to handle the inquiry and email them to the site's contact address. Do not include policyholder, claims, health or financial information.
• Vendor shortlist: email and the selected inquiry segment, when provided. The existing shortlist flow can also record company, role, a note, booking status and request timing. It records attribution values such as campaign parameters and referring page when available.
• Request Analysis: name, work email, company, role, selected need and message, together with the relevant public company reference where applicable.
• 2026 report: email delivery is currently unavailable. The report page does not submit or store report-request details. A functioning report-request service would require separate implementation and an updated disclosure.
• Calendly scheduling: booking a call uses Calendly. Information you enter there is processed through that service under its own terms and privacy policy.

Why we use information

We use inquiry details to reply, consider listing and correction requests, provide requested resources when delivery is available, and discuss advisory work you request. Resource and inquiry records are stored in the site's database. Email is sent through Resend.

We do not ask for insurance policyholder, claims, health or financial details through the contact form.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is used to understand visits, traffic sources and use of the site. The cookie banner offers “Accept All” and “Reject” and stores the choice in the browser's local storage; it is a simple site banner, not a separate consent-management platform.

The shared Google Analytics loader, including the shortlist and scheduling pages, defaults to denied, does not request the site's Google tag before a choice, and requests it only after an accepted analytics choice. Rejection disables this site's analytics and removes its existing Google Analytics cookies. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied. These controls do not support a blanket statement about analytics configured outside this application or third-party scheduling services. You can also manage cookies and local storage through your browser.

The contact form uses a first-party session cookie for form security, submission timing and retry limits. With analytics consent, successful contact and request-analysis submissions, successful shortlist submissions and confirmed Calendly bookings send a generate_lead event containing only the form name and page path as measurement parameters. Inquiry details, form contents, URL query strings, booking identifiers and referring-page data are not included in these lead events. Submissions completed without analytics consent are not replayed later.

The live site uses Cloudflare for traffic routing and protection. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be supplied through external configuration; whether it is enabled has not been confirmed from the application source. We do not claim that it is active.

No ad-serving integration is identified in the site application; this finding is limited to the application and does not establish whether advertising is configured elsewhere. This policy does not direct users to Google Ads Settings as a substitute for the site's actual analytics controls.

Service providers and external links

The site uses Resend for email, Calendly for scheduling, Google Analytics for analytics and Cloudflare for traffic services. Those providers may process relevant technical or submission information when their services are used. Company websites and other external links have their own privacy practices.
